CAD systems are located in room CIS 151, across from the gowning room entrance. CAD resources include:

1. Two SUN workstations, known as the "Shades" cluster. These require special user accounts (contact computer@snf.stanford.edu to obtain a login). These systems are generally used for conversion of mask data for the Hitachi Ebeam system.

2. Two PC's loaded with Tanner LEdit, available for general use for mask design.

3. A Coral terminal.
