After you've filled out the appropriate forms, you should soon (within a few days) receive email or phone confirmation that they have been received and are being processed. You will be notified again once your SU account, CIS Grant, or Purchase Order are cleared. If you are requesting on-site access, you should then register for the Orientation and Laboratory Safety Course. Once you have completed the Course, read the Safety Manual, and signed the Acknowledgement form, you will be assigned a Coral login name and issued the appropriate card key.
