MOCVD/ALD Symposium: NSF's NNCI is hosting this event on Friday, April 7, in the Paul Allen Auditorium on the Stanford campus. The symposium topics will cover deposition, characterization, and application of films deposited using metal-organics. This event is open to the public (preregistration required.) New ExFab tools: The Heidelberg MLA150 is up and running with over 50 (?!?) qualified users now. Coming down the pipeline: the Nanoscribe two-photon, 3D printer (~June), the Optomec AJ300 Aerosol Jet 3-Axis printer (~June), the Nagase Micro Mist electrostatic, blanket spray coater (March), and a new AFM with test/probe capability (~June).
